this is an experiential learning process. you will learn to feed yourself in a way that is empowering; that offers you stability, simplicity, and clarity; that is adaptable to your life.

yes, you will lose weight. yes, you will sleep better and have more energy throughout the day. 

but this is much bigger than a nutrition program. this is a vast new world. a new way of eating, a new way of seeing food, a deeper awareness of your unique constitution, a new level of yourself.

whatever called you here, i couldn’t be more pleased to welcome you. if you follow the sādhanā roadmap, expect something entirely new.

allow me to clarify what this cleanse is—and what it is not. 

while you can expect to lose weight, this program is not a diet. it’s not a prescription, and it’s not a meal plan subscription. 

the sādhanā is a 30 day holistic cleanse program. with whole food as our primary form of nourishment, we’ll also integrate ayurveda, self-care, movement, and awareness practices into the process of upgrading our overall health and quality of life.

while there is an emphasis on plant-based nutrition, guidelines around food quality, and a practice of temporary restraint on some foods, the program is inclusive of omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans. 

you will learn about your unique constitution, so that when you are feeling off center and out of balance, physically or emotionally (energetically), you will know how to bring yourself back. you’ll learn what foods to eat, what to drink, and how to feel whole again.

+ there will be a variety of recommended tools and supplements that you may want to purchase to enhance your experience. you’ll get more details about these options once you register. 

+ the one thing i strongly, highly, adamantly suggest you get a hold of before class starts is the metabolic scale. if you don’t already have a scale that provides fat mass and total body water, please consider purchasing the recommended withings body smart composition scale (100 usd) for weekly data collection.

i teach public and private yoga classes, support individuals on personal cleanse journeys, and host workshops and gatherings that invite one to press pause and realign. there are few things more fulfilling to me than gathering people together and facilitating nourishment and self-awareness, and i am ready to bring this powerful, transformational work to many!


*after over eight years of being vegan, i now prefer a vegetarian diet. i prioritize plant protein sources, but do include eggs and some dairy, when i feel called. being vegan was invaluable to me, as it opened me up to a vast new world of ingredients, ways of eating, living, and experimenting. i resisted because i thought it would limit me, but that decision ended up expanding me beyond any assumption. i believe it is important to feel the freedom to eat in a way that is aligned, and to recognize that what that is can change—with the weather.

  • while the withings metabolic scale is not required to feel successful on this program, the data analysis that it provides us is a major component that will help you see how different ingredients, portions, and timing affect the change in inflammation and fat in the body. almost all participants have said that the metabolic scale was invaluable. if you already have a scale that measures total body fat and total body water, this will likely work. if you are questioning whether your scale will work, please reach out in the telegram chat.

  • the program is inclusive of omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans. while we do limit and eliminate the intake of some animal proteins, and focus on eating more plant proteins, the cleanse is designed to be adaptable to your lifestyle. 

  • you will receive a list of recommended tools and supplements that you may want to purchase to enhance your experience. you’ll get more details about these options once you register. how much you choose to purchase will be up to you. i do recommend the scale though, which costs about 100 usd.

  • yes! i highly encourage you to do this journey with a friend or family. the more people around you that are on board, the easier and more fun it is. if additional members of your household want to join you, they can register for a discounted rate. see cost details.

  • class sessions will be recorded and shared with the group, so that you can revisit anything you missed. so technically, if you can't make any of the dates, you could start the program later, but you'll miss the opportunity to dialogue directly and receive coaching in class.

    if you can't make it to a class, or can't stay the whole duration, we can schedule a quick (~10 min) call to review your results together, after the class. 

    if you can’t make any of the classes, but still want to do the cleanse with us, you can add on private coaching sessions, if needed. you will also be able to connect with the group in the telegram chat. 

  • if you need 1:1 support, personal coaching sessions are available separately, at additional cost. as are private, tailored yoga sessions. you’ll be able to schedule these once we get going. 

    i will also offer a series of yoga/movement practices to supplement the cleanse (for an additional fee); these will be pre-recorded and shared weekly, so you can do them on your own time.
