“the bloating is gone, and i can notice if something is causing stomach upset pretty quickly now. i’ve lost 3.5 kg (7.7 lbs), while eating well. i’m not constantly hungry and wanting to snack, and not getting sugar highs and lows (probably the main reason for being hungry all the time before). i really didn’t think i could get from breakfast to lunch without needing a snack, but now i am actually feeling fine for hours. i also have more energy in the evenings now.

“in terms of results, i did lose 14 pounds including 10 pounds of actual fat (measured with the great withings scale recommended). this is a game changer for me too, focusing on the components of body composition and building muscle, improving my water percentage, hydration, and losing fat. i’ve recommitted to daily yoga and hiking and have found an ease and grace with my exercise i didn’t have before.
