apple pie smoothie

this is good for a morning or evening meal. because it has less fiber than solid foods, it’s easier to digest, but may not keep you satiated enough for a midday meal. you could add more spinach to make it more filling.

makes 1 14 oz serving

ingredients

1 c almond or other non-dairy milk

ice 

1/4-3/4 c (your starchy portion) green apple

1 scoop organifi crisp apple green juice powder

1-2 cups spinach

1 serving vanilla protein powder 

1 T (or your fat portion) pecans

pumpkin pie spice or a combo of cinnamon/nutmeg/ginger/cardamom/cloves

instructions

blend, and add more water to your consistency preference.
